Assurance Staff The work of Assurance is provided by a wonderfully committed contingent of professional counselors, medical personnel, lay counselors and countless volunteers. Our paid staff consists of four full-time and six part-time individuals. Volunteers serve the ministry by sharing their own wonderful testimonies and experiences with the women and girls they meet. We are blessed with voluntary Medical Directors who are respected Ob/Gyn physicians, who oversee the medical component of our ministry. We also receive terrific medical support from several area doctors and hospitals.
With a staff member dedicated to our Hispanic outreach, we are able to meet the needs of the growing Hispanic population, serving our Spanish-speaking clients with total understanding of their cultural differences as well as language challenges.
Daily oversight of Assurance and the Women for Life, Inc. ministry activities is the responsibility of the Executive Director, who is under the authority of the Board of Directors. Board members represent local business people, professionals, homemakers and clergy who voluntarily, without pay, serve to govern the ministry’s fundraising and overall direction. At Assurance, our goal is that every client sees “Jesus with skin on” when they come through our doors. We share His message of love and acceptance with each heart which is receptive, and more than 600 Bibles are given away each year. National Affiliations
